In the summer months, from December to February, the average temperatures range from 18.6 - 25.8°C (65.5 - 78.4°F) and the water temperatures rise to 21.9 - 23.7°C (71.4 - 74.7°F), making it perfect weather to be on and in the water.

In the fall months, from March to May, the average temperatures settles between 14.6 - 22.2°C (58.3 - 72°F) and is glorious weather for activities like paddling and bushwalking, not too hot or cold.
